The Sạc Xe Đê Charging Account is a prepaid balance used to pay for electric vehicle charging services provided by Sạc Xe Đê.

The Charging Account has the following characteristics:

• The balance may only be used to pay for electric vehicle charging services provided by Sạc Xe Đê.
• The balance cannot be transferred to another user.
• The balance cannot be transferred or refunded to the user's bank account.
• The balance cannot be exchanged for or withdrawn as cash.
• The balance cannot be used to pay for goods or other services outside the electric vehicle charging services provided by Sạc Xe Đê.
• The Charging Account is not an electronic wallet and does not provide any investment, savings, or interest-bearing functions.
• During a charging session, applicable charging fees are automatically deducted from the Charging Account balance. The final amount of the charging fee is determined and settled when the charging session ends.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their Charging Account has sufficient balance before starting a charging session so that the service can operate properly.

3. Device Permissions

3.1. Camera

The application may request access to your device's camera for scanning QR codes when interacting with electric vehicle charging stations.

The camera may also be used when you actively choose to provide images or other information related to charging issues or feedback.

We do not continuously access, record, or capture photos or videos through the camera without your active action.

3.2. Photo Library

The application may request access to your photo library when you choose to:

• Select or upload a profile picture;
• Select or upload a driver's license image when adding a vehicle;
• Attach images to bug reports, issue reports, or feature suggestions.

We do not access your photo library without the permission granted through your device.

3.3. Location

The application may request access to your device's location to help display nearby electric vehicle charging stations and provide map-related functionality.

Location information may be used to help you find and access charging services appropriate to your current location.

3.4. Notifications

The application may send notifications containing important information related to your charging activities and account, including:
